What You Can Expect at Our Elm Fork Pavilion and Event Center
The Elm Fork Pavilion is situated on our two acre property on the Elm Fork Trinity River. The pavilion contains 1250 feet of covered outdoor space and 625 feet of heated and cooled indoor space. Our pavilion has a commercial grade gas grill and griddle to make feeding your guests a cinch, or arrange your own catering.
The pavilion also comes with a variety of games to keep entertaining simple—no need to pack in your own games or equipment, we have you covered.

Pricing – $750 for our 3 hour minimum including an additional 1 hour set up prior to your event.
$200 security deposit due after signed agreement. Additional rental hours are $200 per hour.
Pavilion Rentals include the following:
- Maximum 110 people
- Parking for 70 cars
- Two acre event property
- 1250 sf open air Pavilion, 625 sf A/C and Heated Meeting/Conference Room
- Complementary 1 hour setup prior to your event
- All Events conclude by 10 p.m.
- Use your Caterers or pick one of ours, we do not sell or serve food or drink
- Alcohol permitted
- Food Trucks permitted
- Lighted full Court Basketball / Pickleball Court, Horseshoes, Corn Hole, Disc Golf, Connect Four, Jenga
- Wood burning fireplace
- Sound System (Bluetooth Compatible) with 2 Wireless Microphones
- 2 Large Screen Smart TVs
- Bathrooms (2)
- Outdoor 6′ Picnic Tables (8)
